Has anyone heard of or experienced use of the Orange card? I Was at an RFU run seminar a few weeks ago and the subject came up that abuse of match officials is creeping into our game. Somebody mentioned there had been a trial in the Gloucester, maybe, grass roots area where refs could “issue”...

Only 1 friendly and an U18 game on over the whole Easter weekend in Cumbria. In days gone by there would be multiple touring games on. I guess those days are long gone. Anyway off up on the train today to watch the RL derby Whitehaven v Barrow. Should be a good day out if the weather holds!

Did the TMO give it or the ref? seemed to be a bit of a delay. Either way it was a dumb tackle.

wow, pretty much everything Illegal. Even the commentator says so and then says but you'll get away with it! What he should have said was you'll get away with it at elite level as referees, coaches and players completely ignore the laws of the game. So easy to spot too.

I did like the fact that Finn Russel regularly took the p*ss out of the current Law and just stood there and even threw a few dummies trying to draw the french offside.

Can anyone point me to a clip where a penalty kick for touch was taken on or behind the mark in this weeks international games? Asking for a friend ;)

Is it just me that sees this. Multiple times in the professional game, teams break away from a maul, often after an attacking line out, and ref shouts same maul when they have deliberately wheeled and disengaged. For the purposes of this thread we'll ignore players binding in front of the ball...
