Craig Joubert has apparently retired (Internationals only????). Did I miss an earlier announcement?

Angus Gardiner seems to be a rising star, and the french quartet in general are on a roll, with Garces in particular on form.

Garces must have ambitions for the final in 2019, and I'd say he would be worth an early flutter (if betting markets existed on referee appts!)
