I once had my wrist/arm in plaster for 3 months in my early 20's Scaphoid bone for those who know it couldn't play rugby bud carried on with sunday league soccer and even had to have it replastered once after a drunkedn nightclub punch up....happy days!!!

My son broke his Scaphoid playing rugby. I took him to get it fixed 9 months later!!!!!:biggrin:

That's the American influence - they got rid of it at the same time as French Fries. Now it's called Potomac Plaster.

Yep. THIS plaster won't give way!

I would referee with a broken arm. Will hurt but will be ok.

I reffed an U12s training match on Sunday, then went to A&E on Monday

I broke my right arm, an inch or so down from my shoulder. Because of where it was they could not plaster it. I was off work for 3 months and had physio for a further month. So do not put too much store by the lack of a plaster.

Great!!!!!

And you can get it "Super-size" for only a modest extra fee.
