Heard about this from someone close to RC last week in Vegas. Not much of a surprise. While Vegas as a city is a bigger draw and the stadium is ok, the playing surface is absolute junk and not acceptable for international rugby or any rugby at all. They might as well have been playing on ice as there seemed to be no grip under foot. I've never seen so many players slip on grass in sunny 25 degree weather.

I do find it slightly frustrating that Rugby Canada has added another event to the West coast without bothering to announce anything for their members living east of the Prairies.
