Are you trying to claim a raised forearm to the face?

From what I can see, the forearm contacts the chest, and it only looks like it's on the face because of the whiplash from the head-clash.

Will be interesting if that goes to review, poor tackling position but I guess Danny was trying to clamp the ball. Clearly de clerk is leading with the forearm. That is not a hand off though we see it not penalised week in week out.
