thoughts? I'm unsure if the large medicine ball is supposed to be a rugby ball or body - I am presuming the latter however (otherwise why not use a rugby ball)

Off feet as first action.
Not playing the ball in any way (if there was one it might help), so negative play.

Wrong in so many ways. But they probably get away with it at Premiership level where the breakdown is a joke.

As a technique, it's illegal. As an illegal technique, it wouldn't be penalised in a test match.

As a drill for explosive power from a prone press, it's probably good.
