Funnily enough, at our last monthly meeting, one of the boys specifically mentioned that Rugby League beats (ie Union) hands down when it comes to TMO communication. I don't watch much RL, but apparently the TMO gives a running commentary on offences and sanctions he is asked about.For me in response to the OP I think that the rugby league boys have a much better way of chatting between the referee and the TMO, much more natural communication between them both and they get the point across so much easier.
