I may have missed this first time up : Junior World Rugby Trophy 2014
But perhaps the second tier are under the radar : JWRT Final 2014
In 2012 it didn't inspire all that much interest on RRF either.
So is there really too much rugby on-line, that we don't have the time to appreciate it any more?
