Hi

I have decided I need a new kit bag to trapse round the county with and I think I need a bigger than usual bag. I am looking at the Akuma wheeled bag, and wondered if anyone had tried it out ? Or had any other suggestions as to what the best bet is ?

I have the KooGa backpack and it works perfectly for what I need. I can fit my kit, towel, boots, a couple of hockey balls for some mobility. Pretty much everything I need on the day and it's good. We got them with out VRRA logo embroidered onto them as well.

And when you arrive you discover that one of the teams has decided to wear a different kit that day and it's inevitably the colour you picked.

Just wear a training bib, they will have one in the club, or make the teams change ;)

Gents,
Are you not forgetting something?

RugbyRefs & Akuma have just the thing for peperami
...Lastly we have a larger style kit back that has wheels and an extending handle to be able to pull it along. We believe these bags will serve the need of most referees.
Tesco's! (Personally I use Décathlon's sac réutilisable - cool/sporty colour scheme.)

Why the expense of a bag for life?

Why not 2 or 3 of the thin give away bags. I'm sure you will really look the part at any clubup or down the country

I used to but as my daft other half never uses it I thought I might as well. Was thinking about an ikea one but they get annoyed if you nick them.

Peperami

You have a CUDRRS down as your society but there is only one Ben on our membership list - and that is certainly not you? Confused, bemused - moi?

As I think you have seen at least once Toby, I will have

3 shirts
1 shorts
1 tracksuit
1 drill top
3 socks
a small roll bag with whistles, post match cards studs etc
at least one pair of boots
shower kit.

(I am a big bloke so my kit tends to be quite large)

A wheeled bag!

i'm one of the new guys, moved back to CUDRRS at the start of October, was at the last meeting and be there tonight.

You cant miss me.

I'm not on membership list I think as it seems to be tricky for clubs to find my contact details.

I have the normal akuma bag and it's excellent quality. It even survived flying off the back of my motorcycle at speeds near the freeway limit ahem!

I can bring it to the cuddrrs meeting tonight if you want. It's not the wheeled one but will give you an idea. I must admit I need a huge kitbag for all my stuff.

I am looking at getting this Akuma wheeled bag for Christmas.

I take enough kit to cover all eventualities and weathers! Nothing like being prepared. If you get it, some feedback would be great, otherwise I will do it after Christmas!
