Great Law exam here ...

http://www.advantagereferee.com/law-exam

My favourite question ..
Red 10 is on his own 22m and knocks on 3m forward , and the ball falls to the ground
Red 6 then kicks the ball towards his own goal line where it goes into Touch in Goal

Restart ?

was red 6 in front of red 10 when red 10 knocked on? Is there an opponent within close enough distance to the ball to claim it before an onside red player (incuding red 10) can claim it instead?

Assuming no offside, I would think the answer is a 5m scrum. Territorial advantage is played to Blue and I don't believe there is any reason in law to play the scrum on the 22m.

If there is offside ?
Offer Blue the choice of a PK for the offside, OR the 5m scrum ?

In the grass roots game kicks at goal are not necessarily attractive , compared to a 5m scrum, especially if the PK is close to touchljne
