What do people think about a forum for where refs can post video of their games, to ask for constructive feedback?

Would be a great help for those of us in "non-rugby" countries with limited resources.

Are just stick to the match report forum?

I think TBH that dozens of you all uploading 80+ minutes of video footage would end up with nobody ever watching what's happening - nobody has that much time sure;y?

Otherwise if its "this 30 second clip" you can just upload it to your own youtube channel - you can mark it private but published (so its not searchable in youtube search) and supply the link in a normal post in the forum you mention (as a non-referee I am not privy to the knowledge that it existed :)

Assumption was always you post a link to a youtube (or similar) channel, not upload video to the site.

And not always about watching all the game, sometimes valuable feedback can come from watching 5-10 min of a ref. Of course - if edited into "ball in play" time, then the video gets much shorter.

(And yes - just uploaded 4 "games")
