[Law] Not striking, what's the signal?

Current Referee grade:
Level 7
The powers that be have introduced a new offence at the scrum for the "feeding" side's hooker not striking for the ball.
A free kick offence I believe. So what is the signal for it? Do we just make one up?
How many other offences are there where ther is no signal?

I don't know about you, but until I hear otherwise I'll do my best impression of "bull about to charge"
