Is there a non-public sub-forum (that I can't see presently) for discussing more sensitive aspects, such as disciplinary outcomes?

Well there is a referees only section but I would advise caution in thinking any forum is ' non public'!

How does someone get access to the referees only section?

I also note your second point on applying good judgement on what to post!

You were listed as a fan, I have changed you to Society Ref.
You should now see the Referee Only Forums in the list of Forums.

Why am I a rugby expert? I can't be a society ref, as the Netherlands doesn't have a referee society :D

You should start one, but do try and bring in a second person ASAP, because I reckon even with only one member, the role of appointments officer would still be a completely rubbish role….
