Okay, as usual, a predictathon is required for the 6N. Given my woeful record for updating the scores from the RWC (I'll get round to it some day, perhaps in retirement... ) I have set up an RugbyRefs league on a prediction web-site, SuperBru.

There is a similar system of scoring to that used previously by us, but there are a couple of differences. It's all explained on the web-site.

So, here's the necessary info to join up:

Website: http://www.superbru.com/sixnations
Pool code: nextloaf
Pool name: Rugby Refs

Join and get predicting. I'll still pop along each Wednesday with a reminder to get your predictions in.

Okay, we've got nine signed up so far. That's not nearly enough!

Come on, a few more would be nice. A day and a half to go!

Are learned terrace refs allowed a go?

Denzil, my mentor, reckons it's going to be Scotland . . . .again.

Chopper, get in there my boy, show us whose boss, anyone welcome. Denzil could very well be right, that's the fun of it.:hap:

chopper - definitely! It's more of a forum league as opposed to a 'referee' league.

Your mate Denzil wouldn't happen to be the world's most famous carpet salesman would he? Coz he thinks its going to be Scotland too:eek:

Popular culture once again goes straight over my head. Who is the world's most famous carpet salesman, please (other than Denzil)? I can't think of one that's even slightly well-known!

It could be Elvira, Denzil's youngest!

I know for a fact she's been making frequent forays into Scotland of late. . . but then again I could be wrong about carpets . . . I've got a sneaking suspicion that Denzil said she and Bubbles were selling bibles! But I will check!

It was Elvira who excitedly tipped Denzil off about Scotland's chances of success in the 2008 6Ns!

Gosh! Just looked at everyone's picks. There's 100% agreement so far as to the winners of each game. 13 entrants so far - come on, chaps: let's enter into the spirit of the thing!
