What? Some kind of loophole (if true) that's as convoluted as it is dangerous. Pop a previously capped international into a single sevens squad and he suddenly becomes eligible for the XV team?

Discussed earlier this summer - I'll try to find the thread. Simply put: Yes (if he plays in an Olympics event including designated qualifiers) provided 3 years have elapsed since his last appearance for his previous Union.
