Hi All
I'm not sure if I'm imagining it but I'm convinced until very recently the WRU U 12 pathway laws page stated that mauls were not permitted and kicking only within players own half. I checked yesterday and the page has been updated to include the new tackle height directive but no mention of mauls or kicking, so does that mean they are permitted at U12? And is this new or was I getting things wrong?
