Loss/Gain this week: 1.2kgs
Still don't have bodyfat actual measurements but when they took them Mat said I had less than average muscle for my height and more than average fat. Less worried about losing weight than reversing those figures.
Calf injury over the last 2 weeks hasn't helped, damn it. But happy with the SLOW progress. Trying for loss of a kilo per week but obviously off this pace so far.
Most people seem to be kicking some ass though!
