Use the insert video tag instead.
Just put the video URL into it.

ah =- that doesn't handle the "start time" youtube parameters though. hey ho. :D

This as per Ian:

Starting a YouTube clip at a specific point:

1. Go to the point you want to start and pause the video

2. Hover the mouse over the player screen.

3. Right click and choose "Copy video URL at current time"

Paste the link into your post, and the video will start at that time

Yes... But that doesn't load out intro a screen in the post.
