Im thinking the irb could find a better clip than this to demonstrate the law .... Thoughts?

Doesn't he look like a 'joint' tackler, who is on his feet, with his hand on the ball , before the ruck commences?

Surely they could have found a clip where the tackler got to his feet, the 1st clip shows the non tackler offence clearer
