The middle line of a scrum must not be within 5 metres of the goal line. A scrum

Law 19.1 covers the location of the scrum , it tells you that scrums take place

Where is the scrum zone ? That's covered in the Definitions

Correct me if I am wrong .. but I don't think there is anything in the new Law Book that says that scrums are brought in to a minimum 5m from goal line and touchline ? Have they accidentally left that out as well ?
