[Law] 4 Weeks... Harsh or seems about right?

Will Spencer has been given 4 weeks for his red card on Saturday.

To me it was a clear cut :norc:, but does the sanction match the offence?

Yes. If he'd copped "guilty" it would have been lower. They were explicit that his plea of NG meant he couldn't get the full mitigation.

Dangerous tackle with contact with head - so has to start at mid range: 6 weeks.
Clean record, wore a suit and called the judge sir - 4 weeks.

Not sure where else the panel could go.
