The last world cup meant we all spent far too long talking about tip tackles although it did mean that everyone in the known universe now understands them.
Assuming no-one turns out wearing leggings what law do people predict will raise it's head to be ranted about by journalists and ex-pros?

Scrums!

I was watching a Heineken Cup game last week (can't remember which one, could have been Treviso v Saracens) anyway, there was less than a converted try in it at about the 79 and a half minute mark when the trailing side are awarded a scrum. There had been a few resets during the match but "remarkably" this scrum was text book as neither side wanted to either (a) lose possession or (b) give away a PK.
Trailing side wins clean scrum and moves towards oppo's 22 where I think they receive a PK and so, as time is up and they need 7 points to win, they take the scrum option. Surprise, surprise, another clean scrum.
Therein lies the problem. Players can scrummage properly when they have to but concede that they probably won't win one against the head if they do or alternatively, they won't be able to milk a PK out of the opposition pack.
