I think that 11.2 is quite interesting as it plugs a gap . I don't think that scenario was ever spelt out before

I have added this one the table of differences.

It's quite an odd one - I can't make up my mind whether 2018/11.2 is an error, and that it was intended to be the same as 2017/Def/P3 or whether it was deliberate, to fill the gap.

On its own 2018/11.2 does seem completely sensible, but it does create a curious outcome, in the scenario where a tackler makes contact with the ball, ball comes loose - the 'loose carry' it’s always a knock on, to one team or the other, depending on which way the ball goes.
