Bills attempt to succeed bernard as irb chair (an agreemnet allegedly made between them in 2007) floundered last night by 2 votes after bernad (allegedly) called in favours due then to rub salt in the wound bernard used his casting vote to oust him as vice- chair. oh perfidious frenchmen.
