Well if the benchmark was being set for the pro 14 it is being set pretty low. I gve up watching at half time as the scrum feed wereworse than ever. With the SH standing to his side of the tunnel and still feeding at an angle.

Players sealing off all game. It was dire. The only thing Clancy saw was the early engage.

On a rugby front Edinburgh were well worth their win despite all the stats going against them (except the one that matters - THE SCORE!!). Cardiff were clueless in attack and dumb in defence.

Edinburgh 5/10
Cardiff 3/10
GC Not a lot.

Odd that BBC Wales chose to show a home welsh game when people could get to the game if they really wanted. Surely the TV draw this weeked would be the new South African sides and showing theOspreys in South Arfrica for their Friday nioght game would have been better scheduling.

With 9s taking advantage of the offset and still squint feeding do you think anyone's paying attention to make sure a front rower strikes for the ball? That would really be a laugh.

Don't wait up for call from BBC Wales to be their rugby programming director: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/pro12/results

This is where we see who owns which TV rights-SuperSport will produce select SA-based fixtures and take the overseas feed on other PRO14 matches that will be broadcast.
Jurie Roux said:
"We're delighted SuperSport have reached agreement to acquire the rights to broadcast the GUINNESS PRO14. This is a fascinating and ground-breaking change for rugby and I am sure people will be keen to tune in and see how the Hemispheres measure up against each other in club competition. SuperSport have given us a ring side seat and we're already looking forward to Friday night's inaugural broadcast."
I suspect they will charge other Broadcasters who wish to relay the game live. (Not sure how they go about dividing up that cake, to be honest.). Similarly, they broadcast the home SH game. Relying on others for live coverage of the away game in Belfast.
