Coach Evaluation Cards

We are going to start passing out cards for coaches to "assess" referees after a match. We used to use an on-line tool, but no one actually did it. Can you please share the ones from your society so I can pick and choose what I like and make (or steal) one for our society

Why the coach and not the captain?

Coaches watch from the sidelines, don't know what you have said to the captains and players and usually have a distorted view of the match.

Just a thought.

Either way. This will mainly be used by high school teams. The players will not know enough. Almost all will be fairly new to the game

Then why bother asking them to asess the ref :shrug:
