I am sure referee coaches and assessors are in high demand and somewhat short supply (tight schedules) but I was wandering what (if any) coaching/ assessing referees get when starting out? Am I am the back of the line since I have only just started refereeing in London? Will I be waiting till next season?
I have refereed roughly, 14 junior games back home in Australia (where I had a coach present for the first 5 games for competency assessment and coaching) before arriving and now done 5 or 6 Sunday junior games at my local club to help out and 3 senior games between L10 to L12 with another 3 senior games over the next 3 weekends (as well as Sunday games).
Would just like some meaningful feedback on what I should be working on.
