Although the 2008-09 Continuum has not been fully published, the changes the ELVs make to it (English RFU and RFUW playing Laws for U7-U12 age groups) have been put onto the RFU forums.

Essentially, little has changed from the 2007-08 Continuum. The RFU had already stated it will not be allowing pulling down of the Maul for any youth age grade and many of the other ELVs don't apply to Continuum variations.

(U7-U12 don't have QT and have prescribed numbers in the line out and none of those change).

What has changed is the 5m back offside line for the scrum, ELV11, (was 7m for U9/U10, now 5m for U9-U12) and the "no gain in ground after taking the ball into the 22" ELV, ELV4, is adopted for U11/U12. (Though the 22 becomes the 15m line as U11/U12 play across half a pitch.)
