Bit of a problem - items sold "as is, where is" - with no indication of where they are. Buyer is responsible for transport, including any customs duties applicable in the destination country. So as Marussia is an Anglo/Russian JV with a base in Banbury, it would be reasonable toa ssume you could buy from the UK with limited transport costs and no customs duty. But if they are in Moscow (which I think may have been their last GP) then its a very different story - good luck with that transport leg!
