I wonder if clubs and societies can get tickets to Lady Gaga at HQ via the ticket allocation? In fairness, it will probably be more entertaining than the November tests!

That'll be a no - the stadium is rented out to the promoters, who use their normal ticket sales avenues (Ticketmaster, etc).

Thank goodness for that - can you imagine the disappointment of getting lucky in the club ticket draw, only to find it's Lady Gaga you're going to see rather than the pre-Christmas treat of beating the All Blacks.
