Yes. He talks far too much without saying anything worthwhile. He should stick to the useful stuff, such as identifying players, or telling you what happened out of shot.

I watched much of the second test with the sound off.

I admit to not knowing much about him. From very quickly checking wikipedia, I can't find any evidence of him playing high level rugby, and I would assume he has little or no experience of refereeing, yet he clearly feels he is more than qualified to give "advice" on what international players and experienced international referees are doing "wrong".

Tosser.

Not to mention the extremely annoying sound that his vocal chords produce.

He's extremely annoying.

He gets so many things wrong too. For instance, penalty for holding on....

"Oh, that's a penalty for going off his feet there."

Miles Harrison is one of two english radio crrespondents who have a regular morning spot on RadioSport in NZ. He is a plonker.

I much prefer the other one, Mike Bovill from Talksport (even though he is mainly a Wendyball man. At least he doesn't talk bo!!ocks most of the time.

Better if grass roots refs commentated!

Beautiful piece of contextual judgement there Brian

Deft use of Law 8 - and he measured the distance between the posts before the game.

That may look like a crooked feed, but he's a master of materiality

Just look at the creases in his trousers - perfect ironing there from Mrs Ref

just hark at that whistle tone, perfect - played like a Mozart Horn Concerto
