My colleague was diagnosed with MND in Jan. He moved into his adapted bungalow last Saturday. He is 2 weeks younger than me. 52 next month.

18 months ago we had a pedometer event at work and he was walking 10 miles a day. He can't stand now. His speech is slurred and swallowing is difficult. A terrible thing to watch. Goodness knows what it's like to suffer from it.
