I will be doing a 100km walk for Oxfam starting Friday 2nd May and finishing Saturday (the 3rd, I hope).

Good luck mate.

My girlfriend did that on Saturday - started at 3am and finished later on that day. Consensus was that - understandably - the early miles were easy. Mile 40 was where people really started to struggle. Make or break came at mile 50.
