Anyone recommend any good refereeing autobiographies?

I've read Nigel Owens "Half Time" which was good. Not many other rugby refereeing autobiographies though are there?
I vaguely remember one of the Aussie refs having one but can't think which one.

Failing that, which football referee ones are worth a read?

Avoid Jeff Winter like the plague.

David Elleray's goes a bit deeper than games he did and players he refereed, it's probably the best. Clive Thomas's (if you can find it) is quite amusing for the amount of unwarranted ego on display.

I suspect there will be a couple of blank chapters for when he couldn't quite remember (glug glug)!
