Reviewing WR law changes and law trials

I downloaded the changes and trials from WR. I'd like to post them here but I think each change/trial needs to be a separate topic else any discussion will quickly become incoherent.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

The "Amendments" that I have posted are from a document on WR titled "LRG & RYC RECCOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL"

Will we see these changes in the 2016 Laws or are jumping the gun?
