Leicester dominated the Scarlets on Sunday with their power game, and on their own admission, it was the best they have played this season and deserved the win.

However, should Clancy have awarded a Penalty Try for Tuilagi's offence which resulted in a YC?

For those who have not seen it, Scarlets attacking blind side, no more than 10m from Try line, 3 on 1 (Tuilagi) overlap, ball is passed, Tuilagi deliberate knock on with 2 scarlet supporting players and tryline begging as no covering defenders. Clancy awards penalty and YC to Tuilagi.

Also, do you think he was right to overule the AR on the kick to touch which the AR said was TIG?

Current Referee grade:
National Panel
1) Yes - fairly clear cut PT for me.
2) Quite right to overule the AR. He was straight behind te kick and the AR was in a truly awful position. Should have been on the corner flag so he could decide which shoulder it went over. Inexcusable to be caught out like that at this level. Basic stuff.
