I'll wait until the England team is announced tomorrow. Fascinating games ahead - I have this feeling that the Sweaties might come good against the French after some near-misses in tough games, and the Welsh (generally thought to be the form team) beat Ireland only after a dodgy penalty decision, and only put daylight between themselves and Scotland after the latter had a rush of blood resulting in two bins.

At present, my tentative view is:

Ireland by 15
Scotland by 7
Depends whether Farrell and Hodgson play; if so, Wales by a reasonable margin; if the back line is adjusted to include Tuilagi and Flood, then England may just hold the Welsh off: though no-one will be claiming the English outplayed the Welsh come what may.

Hmmm - well I predict a 1 point England victory - which, should it happen, will clearly show that we stuffed the Wesh, played them off the park and can quite easily beat the All blacks if only they weren't afraid to come over and challenge us - Ingerlund Ingerlund Ingerlund - or at least that's how i would expect the Sun to report it*

*Assuming they actually do report rugby, frankly I'm not sure they know what it is.

Ireland by 15
Wales by 8 (But England to put up a spirited performance with people impressed by Farrell's potential and the backs' ability to contain the Welsh)
Scotland (yes, Scotland) by 2

Can someone remind me how the scoring works (in this game not rugby!). I got all three results right including within 1 for one game and 3 for one other - yet I've gone from top to mid table losing 45 points.

Sure it's right just don't understand it!
