This seems so obvious to me, but I will ask in any case. Scenario: penalty awarded, kicker indicates shot at goal. Then asks if he can drop kick, ref says go ahead and he slots it...opposition coach goes mental, says not allowed. Reading law 21, it says when kicking for posts, if not indicated...
