Game management - it's something I find works well for setting your stall out early on.
It doesn't just apply to this situation - within the first 5-10 minutes I won't look to play much advantage for anything (though using common sense as best as I'm able).
I find a swift whistle very shortly after the infringement lets all the players know the score better than playing advantage and if, after the first two breakdowns they're all thinking "damn, he's strict" the next 79 minutes are going to be much easier.
