This video brings back some very sad memories from a long time ago.

March 3rd 1974 saw 18 members of the Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club perish in one of the world's worst plane crashes. The Rugby Club and individuals connected to those that were lost plan to remember the anniversary by holding a 310 mile sponsored cycle ride from the crash site at Ermonville in France to the Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club in May this year. http://www.memorialcycleride.co.uk/


BSE are in their first season in National 3 London & South East, last week having a brilliant win against the fancied East Grinstead "G-Force" and a minute's silence was held in respect of those lost 40 years ago

That was the first I ever heard of it as it happened slightly before I took an interest in the news. Very touching, and worthy of a donation.

As for the poor bloke who said "We're getting over it" he clearly hasn't, but in fairness I don't think you can ever really get over something like that. :sad:
