Major respect to Danny Shepherd.

As with other things in his life, he has overcome a profound hearing disability.

He can lip read no doubt and so one2one communication with skippers and players is fine.

What do you need to hear on a rugby pitch - a lot can be done by signals anyway ? And a bonus to not hear the touchline rubbish.
