[Ruck] diving in emerging ball

Well having watched four games over the weekend there were several examples of players diving on the ball after out had come out of a rock and in its direct vicinity, none of which were penalised put even mentioned.

None of the games degenerated into a frenzy of ball diving either.

Just saying.
