Any one know what the pitch and facilities are like at Farnham RUFC?

I am refereeing there in a week or so but not the club, refereeing the Irish Exiles.

Any info would be great.

If I have the right club in my mind, the 1st XV pitch is a good metre below the level of the other pitches, but I was not there on a wet day so uncertain how that plays out in the wet. The ref's changing facilities are .... basic. Last time I was there I started on the lower pitch and had to move, due to a bad injury requiring an ambulance. The club is friendly.

Is that Farnham as in Farnham Royal near Slough? - he says with his newly accuired knowledge of all that is Berks and Bucks.

I think he means Farnham in Surrey, which used to be Jonny Wilkinson's club.

New address is (allegedly) Wilkinson Way! I wonder if you have to stick your bum out and clasp your hands together as you walk up it?

Reliably told by the ref that did the opening 1st team game there that the new facilities are lovely.
