Rough and Ready Precis:

• The laws are very clear, breakdown etc
• The way the game is played, is outside the laws, ie head below hips
• The laws need to be brought in line with the way the game is played
• Should the laws not be more rigidly enforced (interviewer)
• Yes that as well
• The spectators and the players know the law, but they are never clear as to which way the referee will put his arm
• Will these laws (ELVs) split the game (interviewer)
• No, not everyone will agree but council will decide whats good for the game
