Tackle from chasing defender, first contact with wrapping arms is clear contact with the head with force - appreciating its mitigation etc etc. Not even a PK, not even a review by the To4 (that is obvious anyway?)

Pretty clear that should have been a penalty. For me penalty only but why it wasn't given is beyoun me.
The ref couldn't see the big screen at that end as it was hardly working the whole game. As for running out of beer before half time, unbelievable !!!

I agree PK only.

As for no big screen - firstly why not? Thats not covid lockdown dependant surely?

And whilst maybe ref was unsighted, what about nearest AR and the TMO foul play checking?

pretty poor really.

ISTR another similar incident in teh 2nd half that was spotted.

There's always a TMO review. He/She has a live feed and a delayed feed, usually about 5 seconds, so he/she can look at anything a 2nd time. Then decide if a full review is needed. I can't remember this one and the you tube stream is saying that it's private.
