The Iranian ladies rugby team attracted attention when they made their European début wearing veils and full length tracksuits.

Wonder what reg 12 has to say about their dress. Please let's hope they don't wear tights or there will be much harrumphing from North East Hampshire!

God bless them. Let's not forget that without these dress code conditions they would not be allowed to play at all; lots of points for effort in spite of adversity I reckon. :clap:

Good for the girls - very pleased that they are able to play.

They might do better with slightly less long and baggy tops - the picture shows why; I'm sure they can trim them slightly without showing any shape.

But I think all rugby enthusiasts will give them the support they deserve and accept the dress code that they need to follow with sympathy.
