Agree totally with OB - showing cards is a negative impression, as they are a last resort in the management escalation process and thyankfully still pretty rare - except in parts of Yorkshire it seems ! :wink:

I'm told we should not use photos of referees showing cards as this gives a negative impression.

Interesting, considering these are exactly the photo's that the media mostly seem to use.

AJC, Excellent idea, though we only have one RL Ref, so I hope he has some good pics of himself.

The alternative would be to get a good female referee pic, but I don't think we have many (any?) of them either.
