I have been watching the Autumn International Tests on BeIn Sports here in the US, and the referees sound feed is not on. We have the commentators, but no sound from the referee. Other games from BeIn Sports have the referee sound feed but not the Tests. Why? Is this a directive from WR? Is this true for European/Southern Hemisphere viewers as well? If I had my choice, I would go with just the referee sound a cut the commentators off.

It would be wonderful to have a commentator mute button, but of course leave BCMs mike live for his erudite, relevant and accurate comments.

BTW BCM had an amazing 'tache at London 125 Years Dinner last week - apparently the Council Member for xxxxxx thought he looked like a 70s porn star, which opened up a whole line of questioning for the afore-mentioned Council Member by the rest of our table.

When watching Society L7 & 8 s I sometimes do not give them the radio kit if I want to focus on their non-verbal communication and management.

No reason thepercy, for the refs audio not to be carried so assume it's a technical issue with the uplink.

There has been a change in some of the autumn internationals whereby the TMOs audio feed is not being carried by the broadcasters at the request of World Rugby. The RFU declined the request due to existing agreements with the broadcasters.
