Appeal to RB: Now that 7s is back in full swing can we just change the title of the Touch Rugby forum to Sevens?

Actually, the forums could do with less sub forums. If you look at the usage of each sub forum you will see that some of them are barely used.

Many of them can be consolidated or eliminated.
