For the point slander is spoken, libel is written and in Australia its all covered by Defamation laws. Given that you would need to prove that Dickie's statement was not substantially true - SBW did make the comment - and that the post of a person in an internet chat room like this would be likely to substantially affect SBW's public reputation to actually get anywhere with a case, throwing around that sort of a comment is nothing more than unnecessary goading.
